Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of online sales platforms.
  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate shipments.
  • Process and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement E-commerce strategies to drive sales.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance.
  • Work closely with management to align online sales with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions and pricing.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
Qualifications:
