Senior Manager, Cloud Sales

RapidScale is seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud Sales to lead a team of Cloud Solution Consultants focused on driving new customer acquisition and growth within the existing client base. This role involves collaborating with various sales teams, building relationships with selling partners, and developing joint strategies to achieve sales targets. The Senior Manager will also play a key role in representing RapidScale in meetings with sales partners, prospects, and customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Solution Consultants
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Public Cloud Sales
- Identify, recruit, and develop top sales talent
- Engage with sales partners to optimize the sales funnel
- Work with the marketing team to develop strategies that amplify RapidScale's brand
- Provide feedback on RapidScale products, services, and processes
Required qualifications include a degree and 8+ years of experience in managed IT services, with a proven track record in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Preferred qualifications include strong network and relationships within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud sales channels, technical knowledge of cloud platforms, and expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
