As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our digital strategy to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion paths.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to maximize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to Google's algorithm and latest trends in online marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, website traffic, and other key metrics.
- Manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
