About Us: TLC Creative Solutions has 14 + years of experience in marketing, lifeline service and other government programs including phones and tablets. Our mission is to ensure that every product reaches its destination in perfect condition and on time. To support this, we are looking for a highly skilled and organized Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for tracking and managing shipments of electronic devices, ensuring seamless inventory control, and maintaining precise records of all stock movements.

Job Overview: As an Inventory Specialist, you will be tasked with managing the lifecycle of electronic devices such as phones, tablets and sim cards from incoming shipments to delivery. Your primary responsibilities will be tracking inventory, ensuring accurate records, resolving shipping discrepancies, and working with our internal team to ensure timely deliveries. You will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring that our customers receive their products as expected.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and Monitor Shipments: Oversee the shipping and receiving of phones, tablets, and other electronic devices, ensuring all shipments are accurately recorded and delivered on schedule.

Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of all inventory using digital inventory management systems. Track stock levels, including product counts, shipping schedules, and reorder points.

Shipping Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any delays or discrepancies in shipments.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the inventory management system. Maintain detailed logs of shipped and received goods.

Audit and Reconcile Stock: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure that inventory records match actual stock on hand. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, shipment statuses, and stock discrepancies for management review. Recommend improvements to optimize shipping and inventory control processes.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline operations and improve inventory accuracy.

Ensure Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and shipping practices. Ensure that products are stored and handled properly to prevent damage or loss.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, shipping coordination, or logistics, preferably with electronic devices.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using inventory management software and office software (Excel, Word, etc.).

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all shipments and inventory movements are accurately tracked.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot shipping or inventory issues and quickly find solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Physical Capability: Ability to lift and handle boxes or products as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in handling shipments of electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc.).

Knowledge of warehouse or inventory best practices.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical.
