Travel to all Fastbreak and assigned Dealer sites to perform standard Maintenance
Drive vehicles, pull trailers, operate small motor machinery and tools
Safely operate floor cleaning equipment including strip and waxing equipment and exposure to
associated floor cleaning chemicals
Safely operate pressure washing and snow removal equipment.
Perform hood cleaning, grease trap cleaning and garbage can cleaning.
Assist in Fire extinguisher certification scheduling and Ansel system certification scheduling
Perform air and water filter replacement
Clean cooler evaporators, drain pans for all refrigeration and heating machines onsite.
Perform painting of stores including curbs, bollards, restrooms etc. including striping in parking
areas.
Perform restroom maintenance, fan maintenance, replacement, graffiti removal, towel dispenser
maintenance, toilet and toilet paper maintenance, soap dispenser mounting and other restroom
equipment maintenance.
Perform limited pest control assistance and repair. Will occasionally be required to perform work
to patch holes and work around areas that have rodent problems.
Will be required to climb ladders and perform roof debris cleaning in scuppers/drains and perform
small patch repair.
Assist with store resets and remodels, set up shelving and work in coolers upgrading glide
systems and assembling shelving
Replace lighting and assist in installing LED lighting
Perform landscaping mowing, trimming, digging, hauling, planting and debris and litter removal

Interact with FastBreak “Service” department to keep the store/station operating properly
Interact with FastBreak “Help” department to keep the store/station operating properly
Assist in moving and cleaning equipment for the selling of hot food, packaged food, fountain,
coffee and frozen drinks
Perform work to assure each store meets the OSHA requirements at the store/station
Assess and take action to address safety issues and to prevent incidents at stores.
Maintain a professional image at all times by wearing clean professional clothing and wear a
safety vest while working outside.
Respond to email and phone communications involving store Maintenance/Janitorial requests
and/or communication.
Attend professional trainings and meetings outside the normal hours of work
Be available by phone to respond to emergencies at the store all hours
Maintenance Team Members will be required to work and average of 45 hours
per week, more if travel or remodel/building sites.

Salary $18 and up DOE
