In this role, you'll play a key role in all aspects of the development process, collaborating closely with clients, designers, and construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop site layout plans that meet client needs and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and review agencies to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Partner with the construction division to ensure seamless integration between design and execution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 6 or more years of experience in Civil Site Design, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and regulations for designing utilities, grading, storm sewer systems, and obtaining land disturbance permits.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic computation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
