Reporting Analyst

  1. As part of our WW Sales Enablement & Transformation team, you will be responsible for managing reporting initiatives that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These reporting initiatives are typically related to new technical capabilities or the transformation of business processes that support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market. As a WW Reporting Analyst, you will execute key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.

    This role is within the Reporting and Insights work stream, where you will leverage your deep understanding of reporting (attributes, measures, KPIs) in managing and measuring sales performance. You will partner with peers and global cross-functional stakeholders on data and reporting requirements to support build, test, and deploy functional and reporting solutions that improve strategic and operational decision making capability, build customer satisfaction, drive revenue, and/or increase efficiency for the sales organization.

    Key Qualifications
  • 8+ years reporting experience in data analysis, business analysis, data management or similar role driving large scale complex business process/technology transformation initiatives.
  • In depth meaningful experience in reporting and data analysis in a technically driven corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and a consumer focus.
  • An understanding of the components and considerations required when building corporate systems and working with reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of master data and how data should be consumed by multiple downstream systems.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives.
  • Aptitude and interest in new technical concepts.
  • An understanding of AI and Machine learning within Reporting and Data analytics
  • A good eye for UI/UX design
  • You will go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas.
