Position Overview: As an Independent Insurance Sales Agent with Help The World LLC, you'll be responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs and offering suitable life insurance policies. You'll educate clients on various coverage options, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and insurance needs.
  • Present and explain life insurance options tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Guide clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in life insurance sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant insurance licensing (may be required or obtained upon hire).
