This places them in the top 5% of hospitals in the country for superior clinical performance and excellence. · Opened an offsite 24 bed, 24/7 emergency room in Central Pasco to better serve the emergency health needs of residents in west and central Pasco. The role you’ll contribute: Plans, supervises, and is responsible for each shift’s assigned workload. Ensures work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of daily management of the implant program, and work as a backup. The value you’ll bring to the team: · Plans, supervises, and coordinates the daily activities of each shift. · Coordinates the requisitioning, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, instruments, and equipment. · Plans and supervises orientation and performance improvement of staff members. · Supervises in the management implant inventory. · Assists the manager in administration of operational expenses. · Plans and provides for education of staff members. · Works a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, if needed Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: · High School diploma or equivalent upon hire · Five (5) years’ experience as Central Sterile Processing Technician upon hire · Two years’ experience in a lead capacity upon hire · Experience in all areas of central supply upon hire · Current Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certificate upon hire This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
