Urgent Care Physician Assistant

Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for Urgent Care coverage in New Castle, DE. The ideal candidate must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Delaware state license or be willing to obtain one. Daily clinic hours are Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm, with an expectation of seeing 3.5 patients per hour across all age groups from 6 months old to geriatrics. The PA must be comfortable with suturing, splinting, treating abscesses, and managing fractures, and should possess at least two years of recent experience in Urgent care or the Emergency Department (ED). The support staff on hand includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or other PAs, Medical Assistants (MAs), Front office staff, and a Radiology Technologist who can support the provider as an MA when needed. This is a 36-hour per week role, with three 12-hour shifts. The package includes complimentary housing and travel, as well as coverage for licensing and malpractice costs. We also simplify the credentialing and privileging process, and provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K).
