Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Technical Product Development engineers, production teams, and laboratory resources to support product development efforts and ensure seamless customer onboarding.

• Facilitate customer trials and internal development projects, ensuring that packaging solutions meet performance expectations across all stages of the production process.

• Assist in the evaluation and improvement of product applications, working to resolve technical challenges and optimize packaging performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that new packaging solutions are properly tested, validated, and meet customer requirements.

• Provide detailed technical support to production units during the development and onboarding of new products.

• Monitor and assess product performance, collaborating with laboratory teams to ensure that all packaging solutions are aligned with customer needs and expectations.

• Participate in cross-functional planning and problem-solving activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure successful execution of development projects.

• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize product performance, reduce costs, and enhance production efficiency.

• Manage documentation, project tracking, and reporting, utilizing software tools such as Excel and Word to maintain project records and communicate results.

• Travel up to 10% as required for customer trials, meetings, or production support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related technical field.

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in product development, packaging, or a related industry.

• Strong problem-solving and planning skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop innovative solutions.

• Proficiency in standard office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
