The role:

This seasoned designer will oversee converting ideas into visual interfaces that satisfy both user requirements and business objectives. As a Sr. Product (UI/UX) Designer you must be knowledgeable about interface design and can clearly express thoughts and ideas regarding user experience. You are a critical thinker who considers the function of their designs equal to the aesthetics. Successful candidates will be independently driven, self-starters who can develop and execute on a vision.

What you'll do:

  • Works with other designers, product managers and technology teams to create and implement best in class design solutions
  • Will do user testing, like user story, design analytics.
  • You'll identify customer problems or opportunities, develop the strategic UX vision, and communicate that narrative across the business
  • Conduct user research and interviews to make insight-driven decisions
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your designs to the rest of the team
What we're looking for:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a UX, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design role
  • 2+ years' experience in at least one of the 3 design pillars: user research, interaction design or visual design
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research
  • Experience working in a software product company, executing design from planning to release
  • An online portfolio or samples of work, with case studies and projects included
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, InVision are a preferred bonus)
