We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers for our construction site in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Industry leading benefits include competitive wages, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees.
Construction Laborer Daily Life
- Work outside in various weather conditions, both hot and cold.
- Walk, stand, twist, bend, and stoop for entire shift.
- Follow instructions of Foreman and Superintendent while working in a team setting.
- 40-hour work week with possible overtime.
- Reliable transportation.
- At least one year of experience as a Construction Laborer.
- Knowledge of common safety practices on a construction site.
- Team player.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, telehandler, backhoe) or willingness/aptitude to learn to operate. (Possible advancement opportunities if these skills are developed)
- Bilingual - Spanish/English
All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
