HR Analyst

The HR Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and improve overall HR performance. This role includes developing reports and dashboards, conducting research on HR trends, and collaborating with the HR team to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a passion for leveraging data to drive HR initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR analytics or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management is a plus.
