  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR analytics or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management is a plus.
