Strategists develop and implement marketing strategies to support organizational change initiatives. Their primary goal is to leverage strategic frameworks, marketing tactics and communication techniques to facilitate the successful adoption of change within an organization. Strategists develop and present deliverables in change programs, sprints, and consulting engagements.

In the first 6 months, you will:
- Learn our Change Marketing process — combining best practices from marketing, change management and behavioral design
- Create A LOT of decks (keynote is our preferred tool)
- Receive A LOT of feedback on your work to make it better
- Help conduct research and identify findings
- Draft strategic and communication plans
- Craft persuasive narratives to communicate strategies and recommendations
- Present your work to the team and to clients
- Facilitate internal meetings
What to join us? You’ll need to be able to:
- Gather Requirements: Gain a deep understanding of the specific change initiatives our client’s organization is undertaking. Define goals, objectives, and reasons behind the change. Identify requirements to build a strategy and identify best tactics to drive adoption of organizational change initiatives.
- Change Assessment & Readiness: Conduct assessments to understand impact of proposed changes and organizational change readiness of client's organization. This includes evaluating the current state, identifying barriers to change, and determining level of change impact.
Stakeholder Analysis and Audience Segmentation: Identify and analyze stakeholders who will be impacted by the change. Segment target audiences to tailor change marketing campaigns to engage and influence each group effectively. - Research and Synthesis: Design and conduct audience research using surveys and interviews, Identify themes and opportunities from research
Change Adoption: Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of organizational changes in our client’s organizations by developing change strategies and marketing campaigns that resonate with employees and stakeholders.
Message Development: Craft persuasive messages and narratives that articulate the value of change, address potential concerns, and inspire action among target audiences.
- Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and mechanisms to gather feedback.
- Go-to-People Planning: develop plans for our clients that outline the activities, resources, and timelines required to support successful change adoption, including communication strategies and channels, training programs, and specific action items.
- Presentations and Facilitation: Present work and deliverables in front of team members and clients, answer prompts/questions with directness and confidence and support facilitation of meetings and workshops.
- Presentations and Content Creation: Create compelling Keynote decks, PowerPoint presentations, and other assets to support change initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support clients efforts to collaborate closely with various teams and departments across their organization to ensure change strategies are successful.
- Industry Research: Conduct industry research to understand industry trends, employee behaviors, and best practices to inform change marketing strategies.
- Learning and Development: Seek and gather feedback from client, client services team and other strategists to drive better work output and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies to support organizational change.
- Proven ability to lead marketing efforts that drive change adoption and deliver measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability, creativity, and a collaborative mindset, along with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Experience with Keynote, MS Office suite, Google Suite, Slack
