Supervision: Oversee nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards and adherence to state and federal regulations.


Professional Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing the organization with integrity.


Communication & Documentation: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational and documentation abilities.


Confidentiality & Reliability: Uphold confidentiality, demonstrate a reliable work ethic, and maintain good attendance and punctuality.


Compassionate Care: Display high levels of motivation, energy, and compassion in providing care

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Louisiana.
- Current certification for Health Care Provider CPR.

Experience:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
- Experience in long-term care and with residents in advanced stages of dementia is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and assist with resident transfers

Skills & Competencies:

- Team-oriented with excellent direct care skills.
- Professional interaction and strong communication abilities.
- Competency in using MatricCare or EPIC
- Attention to detail and dedication to completing tasks accurately and thoroughly.

Compensation and Benefits
