Position Summary:

Are you ready to make a difference in patients' lives by providing exceptional physical therapy services? We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Integration Therapy Santa Fe.

In this role, you'll be responsible for meeting the total rehabilitation needs of patients, maintaining quality care in compliance with established guidelines, and serving as a leader in our clinic. Your expertise, leadership, and commitment to evidence-based practice will be instrumental in helping our patients achieve optimal outcomes.

Performance Responsibilities:
• Treat patients using evidence-based practice and current standards of care.
• Supervise and monitor patients' progress through their individualized care plans and adapt them as needed to meet patients' changing needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervising physical therapist and referring physicians regarding patients' condition, progress, and care plans.
• Input charges and maintain accurate patient charting in compliance with clinic protocols.
• Coordinate patient referrals and ensure timely communication with referring providers.
• Participate in providing learning experiences for physical therapist assistant students during their clinical rotations.

Minimum Requirements:
• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to adapt treatments to individual patient needs and exercise judgment in clinical decision-making.
