Job Title: Project Foreman

Job Description

Schedule: 6:30AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday, 6:30-3:30 Saturdays/(Sundays optional) - can work as much as they want - up to 90 hours per week.The project foreman will be reporting directly to the Trades Manager and Project Superintendent. They will be leading, directing, and coordinating the work of the trade employees, laborers, and vendors. Managing schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adherence to the project budget and safety requirements. The primary scope of the project is cleanup - using scrubbers, brooms, and other dust management equipment, cleaning up after subcontractors, refueling generators, moving materials, and more.

Hard Skills

  • 10+ total years in commercial construction required

  • 5+ years' experience in leadership (foreman/assistant super/super)

  • Ability to lead/supervise trades employees, subcontractors, and vendors

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Kansas.

Work Environment

2M SqFt manufacturing setting. This work will be indoors, but will feel like outdoors until the wall panels are up.
