Description
Southeast Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and engaging person to fill a full-time Electronic Health Record Trainer role. This position will be responsible for:
Conducting Healthcare IT related trainings for new and existing staff as it relates to the organization's electronic medical record, new hire computer training, and staff lunch/learns.
Engaging and becoming the subject matter expert on our EHR and related applications
Remain up to date on current medical and technological concepts.
Documentation creation/editing.
Helpdesk ticket management.
Data analysis and additional IT duties as assigned.
Salary range (based on years of related experience) = $16.83 - $20.51/hour.
Position Requirements
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 2 years training experience, preferably in a classroom and/or virtual setting, and working knowledge of Office 365 and general IT practices.
NextGen EMR experience and/or medical office experience/knowledge is desirable.
