The Team

The Customer Technology Team's mission is to reinvent payment experiences for our customers, providing the most customer-friendly way to earn and discover rewards. You will have the opportunity to elevate the daily lives of millions of customers through technology and product innovations.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional specifications and user stories. 
  • Conduct manual functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the software meets the highest quality standards. 
  • Develop and maintain automated UI tests using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools. 
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues. 
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development process by identifying areas of improvement.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and report test results and metrics to stakeholders. 
  • Perform risk analysis and suggest improvements to the development process. 
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance. 
  • Mentor junior members of the QA team and share best practices.
We Are Looking For Folks With
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manual testing and UI automation testing. 
  • Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. 
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and programming languages like Java or Python. 
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 
  • Experience with testing in the financial industry (preferably fintech). 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement (yourself, your teammates, your software)
  • Great product sense and can contribute to the product roadmap
