Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide high-quality technical support for both enterprise software and hardware. Assess, triage, research, and resolve incidents and requests, maintaining a fast-paced environment. Troubleshoot complex technical issues using a combination of technical expertise and collaboration with internal teams.
Incident Resolution:
Identify and diagnose root causes of technical issues, developing effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or subject matter experts when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and requests efficiently.
Process Improvement:
Pursue opportunities to identify and implement process enhancements, suggesting new ideas and initiatives that align with Compunnel's goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement training programs, coaching sessions, or workshops aimed at improving skills and performance.
