Senior Executive, Mid-Market Account Management

Join one of Intuit's fastest-growing business units as a Senior Executive in Mid-Market Account Management. We are a sales organization that prioritizes the success of our customers by using the latest tools and technologies to solve their most important problems. As a Senior Executive, you will lead a team of Mid-Market Account Managers and Leaders, driving ecosystem adoption of the Quickbooks Online Platform and revenue growth through Relationship Management and consultative selling techniques. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting a defined set of Mid-Market customers, executing strategic and tactical plans, and driving higher revenue, productivity, and margin performance in line with corporate objectives and Intuit's growth plans.

The ideal candidate has experience with quota carrying technology/solution sales for a minimum of 10 years, with experience in sales leadership/managerial roles for 7-10 years. Successful candidates have experience working with marketing and partner channels to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. They identify opportunities for operational improvements and leverage data to drive decision-making. They also have proven success partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or MBA and 25% expected travel.

  • Responsible for a team of Mid-Market Account Managers and Leaders
  • Drive revenue growth through improved customer relationships, increased retention, and driving growth through our ecosystem of solutions
  • Deliver on assigned measures of success and quarterly stretch goals as well as Annual KPIs
  • Contribute to and execute strategic and tactical plans to be delivered through your assigned sales team
  • Leader, teacher across your team, based on deep expertise in channel and business acumen
  • Consistently look for new and innovative ways to drive faster revenue growth in more efficient ways
  • Provide people leadership to attract and retain the best talent through structured development
  • Operationalize company strategy, culture, organization, and talent within your team and territory, including change management
  • Communicate all aspects of your business to stakeholders including performance, progress, challenges, needs
