Quality Engineer Lead positions offered by Jabil Inc. (Maple Grove, MN). Recruit, interview and hire quality control (QC) resources. Create appropriate QC shift coverage schedules to ensure best utilization of resources while keeping the employees best interest in mind. Participate in production meetings per current Jabil structure. Ensure equipment is registered in the equipment management software tool. Ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations are done on time. Act as calibration vendor liaison. Manage the collection of product samples for bioburden and endotoxin testing. Manage collection of water samples for required testing. Supervise environmental monitoring through use of tools such as contact and settling plates. Provide appropriate training to the QC personnel based on the industry specifications and standards as well as customer specifications.
