We are seeking RN Case Managers to conduct in-home nursing visits for our clients in New Mexico. Our clients are former Nuclear Weapon's Workers with chronic/terminal illness due to exposure to toxic substances. The visits are weekly and typically last 1-2 hours, involving physical assessments, medication management, and oversight of caregivers. Responsibilities also include providing case management to assigned clients and directing a team of RNs, LPNs, and caregivers. If you have a current RN license and experience in home care or a related field, consider joining our team to make a difference and enjoy a competitive benefits package.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience including one year in home care or closely related field
  • Current CPR certification
