Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will be crucial in delivering direct and personalized patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with healthcare teams, managing patient documentation, and ensuring continuity of care. You'll closely monitor patients' conditions, interpret diagnostic results, and promptly communicate any changes to adjust care plans as needed. While primarily focused on home health, your adaptability will be critical as you tailor your care to meet each patient's unique needs in their environment.
Requirements and Experience:
- Montana Registered Nurse Licensure or a Compact Registered Nursing License
- Current BLS Certification (ACLS preferred)
- One Year of Clinical Nursing Experience (Home Health experience preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in Clinic/Hospital Settings
