Bussers are responsible for making sure our restaurant shines for our guests As a busser, you are vital to the operation; ensuring we have quick table turns, a clean restaurant and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You must exude a high level of hospitality. A Busser is responsible for items such as breaking down and resetting tables, cleaning, organizing, restocking and assisting guests. Bussers directly support servers and managers with a variety of tasks to keep the restaurant humming.

What you'll do:
The Nitty Gritty
  • Table Setup and Clearing:
    1. Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glasses before service.
    2. Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining overall dining area cleanliness.
  • Food and Drink Delivery:
    1. Deliver food and drink orders from the kitchen to customers quickly and accurately.
    2. Ensure food presentation and quality are maintained during delivery.
  • Customer Assistance:
    1. Provide guests with additional items such as napkins, silverware, or condiments as needed.
    2. Address any immediate customer needs or concerns related to their meal.
  • Stocking and Maintenance:
    1. Restock service areas with necessary supplies like napkins, cutlery, and glassware.
    2. Ensure restrooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Team Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service.
    2. Assist in organizing and expediting orders to manage the flow of service.
  • Trash and Dishwasher Management:
    1. Regularly empty trash bins and disposal of waste according to restaurant policies.
    2. Maintain cleanliness in the food delivery area and dining room.
    3. Dishwashing of all serving ware and cookware plus dishwashing for bar including glassware and bartender tools.
  • Requirements:
    • Valid WA State Food Handler's Permit
    • Valid MAST Permit Class 12
