Santa Clara Unified School District serves over 15,000 TK-12 students, in addition to students in Preschool through Adult School. Requirements / Qualifications

Valid Adult Education Teaching Credential, California Career and Technical Education Teaching Credential, California Standard Elementary Teaching Credential or California Standard Secondary Teaching Credential
Preferred: Experience providing individualized support for adult students is preferred.

The Adult Education Transition Specialist provides guidance and assistance for students in English Language Acquisition (ELA), Career Technical Education, Adult Secondary Education, and Adult Basic Skills Programs to facilitate the achievement of their career and academic goals.

This position will focus on supporting students through the English Language Learner Healthcare Pathway.

Hours: Mornings and evenings to be determined. Part-time, maximum of 15 hours per week, 10-month position
