THE COMPANY 

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country. They work across all sectors both within Property and Infrastructure and are involved in some of the regions largest developments. They have an outstanding reputation and strong track record of developing their employees to Senior & Associate level positions. 

THE POSITION 

They are actively looking to recruit a number of Project Managers to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion.

The successful Project Managerwill be given the opportunity to work on Datacentre and Industrial Manufacturing projects from upwards of £10M.

THE CANDIDATE

The successfulProject Managermust:

Ideally havea relevantdegreeandbe Chartered.

Have experienceworking as aProject Manager, ideally on the Consultancy side.

Have experience working onprojects within the property sectorandhave a working knowledge of the JCT/NEC form of contract.

Have experience of managingprojects up to the value of £5 million.

Havegood communicationand client facing skills.
