Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing team and provide high-quality medical care to our patients.
About the Role:
As a valued member of the practice, you will work closely with a full-time urologist. You will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations of 20-24 patients on full clinic days
- Managing pre and post operative visits
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, lab tests).
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication prescriptions.
- Triaging patient advice calls
- Addressing post-operative inquiries
- Managing catheter issues and excessive bleeding
- Educate and counsel patients on preventative care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record.
- State licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Experience working in Urology (a plus).
- Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of medical principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Compensation will be based on experience
Pay Scale/Ranges:
$75,000 to $100,000/year*
*Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The pay scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
