Job Description: Data Analyst III, Partner Data Solutions
Description
Our Risk & Payments team's purpose is to serve our global community by providing payment support, upholding our payment principles, and protecting individuals and businesses against payment abuse. We seek to lead the payments industry in trust, integrity, and support. To help us achieve this mission, we are adding a Payments Data Analyst in our Partner Data Solutions team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about data and has a track record of bringing course-changing insights to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Business or similar or equivalent professional experience
Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience in related field
Experience delivering measurable results in risk, security, payments, or business strategy
Experience working in the payments industry, focused on how to improve payment processes
Top hard skills required

- Data analytic skill sets (regression analysis, cluster, stats)
Comments for Suppliers: MAX BR *** per hour
4+ years of experience designing, running, and presenting data analysis
3+ years of experience querying data (SQL or similar) or performing statistical analysis (R, Python, or similar)
Here is the scope for this CW (which would be a Data Analyst role):
- Enhancement of the dashboards includes introducing new metrics (e.g., for payouts) and improving current queries which are inefficient or broken. There is a major degradation risk to our measurement suite without this support.
- Build a centralized report for contractual partner SLAs - we do not have a way to measure partner contractual obligations and cannot act on non-compliance (presenting a financial risk to Meta). This is also an internal audit requirement that we are currently out of compliance on.
-Ad hoc data support and analysis to support XFN including Finance, MFT Partnerships, MFT Payment Platform Eng, and more on various impact analysis and sizing new strategic opportunities.
