Job Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch their careers in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the organization and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation
  • Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Help set up event spaces and ensure they are ready for attendees
  • Assist with on-site registration and guest services
  • Support the marketing team with promotional materials for events
  • Gather feedback from attendees and provide post-event reports
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Previous experience in event planning or related internships is a plus
