Responsibilities:
  • Handle general accounting tasks for US and Canada, including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and GAAP reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Perform account analysis and execute transactions related to cash, leases, and fixed assets.
  • Manage daily general ledger activities and assist in internal controls documentation and SOX testing.
  • Support audits, tax compliance, and provide data analysis for management.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise) and knowledge of GAAP and SOX.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Blackline is preferred; CPA is a plus.

  • Willingness to work additional hours during close cycles.
