Receiving Clerk
We are currently looking to hire a receiving clerk on the 1st shift for our facility in Rockford, IL. The position pays $13/hour to start and will be working Tuesday - Saturday, 7AM to 3:30PM. We are industry leading Aerospace/Aviation maintenance company looking for long term talent to join the team. See below for further details.
Job Duties and Responsibilites:
Inventory
- Receive product and inspect to assure quality.
- Assemble product kits and bring to the maintenance team.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
- Maintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracy.
- Research inventory discrepancies.
- Work with Warehouse Lead to resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.
- Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products
- Stand for 8 hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
Shipping/Receiving
- Strive for 100% on time delivery while maintaining picking accuracy of customer orders.
- Accurately pick, pack & ship customer orders.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Basic Computer skills, MS Excel, Word, & Outlook
- Basic Math skills
- Reliable transportation to work
- Good attendance & punctuality

Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and comply with OSHA standards.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
