Job Description

The clinical staffing/support assistant participates in the coordination and appropriate allocation of personnel to the patients of Home Health and Hospice based on patient census/acuity data; assists with statistical information, follows and supports personnel policies and procedures. Supports and assists the team, including the Clinical Specialist RNs, other Clinical Staffing/Support Assistants and clinicians.

Schedule
  • Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Onsite
  • Days | Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits
  • $17.47 or more per hour, pay determined by experience.
  • Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more
  • Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical experience required.
  • Computerized scheduling experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Ability to be flexible and work well with others required.
  • Computer data entry skills required.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills required.
