Drive continuous improvement initiatives using automation and DevOps best practices to enhance system resilience and operational productivity. Continuous Delivery and Deployment: Ensure the continuous delivery and deployment of software applications by implementing advanced CI/CD practices integrated with Azure and GCP. Work closely with development teams to optimize the release process, ensuring deployments are fast and error-free through automated pipelines. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, with a particular focus on enhancements in cloud platforms and Kubernetes. Adopt and advocate for advanced monitoring solutions like Dynatrace to monitor applications and infrastructure effectively, ensuring high availability and performance. We would love to hear from you if you have: Completion of a four-year college degree in a relevant discipline plus 4 years of experience in a related field, OR completion of an advanced degree (Masters or higher) in an applicable and relevant field, plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Demonstrated ability to apply theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through your own work, with specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education and experience. Experience providing guidance to others as a project manager or lead using technical expertise. Proficiency in managing technology and software development projects in accordance with infrastructure engineering principles. Strong ability to empower development teams through the introduction, development, and maintenance of efficient tools and processes. Experience ensuring continuous, high-velocity delivery and automated deployment through software provisioning, configuration management, source code management, and/or team collaboration applications. Proficiency in developing automation scripts and procedures in procedural language or other scripting language. Demonstrated experience managing Kubernetes clusters and workloads in Azure or GCP environments. Demonstrated experience with cloud monitoring platforms, particularly Dynatrace. Additional Skills/Technical Knowledge Preferred: Extensive experience with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform. Proficient in managing and operating Kubernetes within cloud environments. Advanced skills in infrastructure automation using Terraform. Strong scripting capabilities in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Demonstrated expertise in implementing cloud-based monitoring solutions, with a preference for experience with Dynatrace. 2-Position: DevOps Solution Architect
Location: Plano, TX-hybrid

What we're looking for:
5-10 years' experience in Information Technology, 2-3+ years in an Architecture environment.
Should have achieved mastery in one of the SecDevops practices - IaC-Terraform, SONAR, Git-CI Cloud-AWS, CICD-Git/Argo, microservices architecture deployment (primarily Kubernetes) with awareness about site reliability engineering principles, coupled with a willingness to learn and expand the knowledge.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with source control and continuous integration tools.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Good experience with cloud services (AWS), cloud engineering, architecture, and software as a service. Hands-on experience in AWS Services - IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudFront, APIGW.
Ability to work in fast paced teams with quick decision making.
Scripting experience with Bash/Shell, Python.
Experience in IaC - Terraform is a must have.
CI (preferably Gitlab CI) and CD (preferably Argo CD).
Kubernetes debugging experience.

Review code and technical approaches for problem solving to ensure functional and non- functional requirements are met in an effective and high-quality manner.
Provide guidance and mentor technical teams across multiple architecture styles and technologies to ensure high quality design/implementation, re-use of enterprise/common patterns, improve code quality and testability/maintainability by ensuring standard design practices and removing duplication of effort.
Help ensure high quality software delivery by providing guidance on testing strategy, providing technical consultation to plan/design performance testing and profiling of application, and providing feedback/guidance for tuning performance and other non-functional elements.
Define and communicate complex technical and operational solutions and translate complex topics into simple business language to drive the value alignment. Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations.
