Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an Order Entry Clerk in Powder Springs, GA.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location: This is located off Hwy 278 at the i ntersect of Fambrough Drive and Florence Road in Powder Springs, GA. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

Pay: $20.00 to $ 20.00

Length: Long Term

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm

Responsibilities for the Order Entry Clerk role include:

  • Communicates with store managers, maintenance personnel, and other customer personnel as needed.
  • Process work orders, preparing quotes, and updating the company system.
  • Keep customers and managers updated on order statuses.
  • Keeps customer accounts updated with the most current information.
  • Resolve past-due payment issues and rejected invoices.
Qualifications for this Order Entry Clerk role:
  • Completed High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have excellent attendance.
  • Work effectively in diverse team and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/task in a fast-paced work environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills.
  • Able to meet short- and long-term deadlines.
  • Must be flexible to work outside normal working hours and weekends as required.


Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
