As a Marketing Sales Manager in Training, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing and sales efforts. This program is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience to prepare you for a leadership role within our organization. You will work closely with our experienced marketing and sales professionals, gaining valuable insights into strategy development, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand our company's products, services, and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Assist in identifying market trends and customer preferences to refine marketing and sales approaches.
  • Participate in customer outreach, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Shadow and learn from experienced Marketing Sales Managers to develop leadership skills.
  • Continuously update and expand your knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members as you progress in your role.
  • Strive for personal and professional growth within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interest in marketing and sales with a desire to pursue a management role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for developing leadership skills and a long-term career in marketing sales management.
