As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for interfacing directly with end-users and vendors to assess, recommend, implement, and support network solutions. Responsibilities: · Actively participates in network troubleshooting & support. · Validating & documenting network topology maps utilizing Visio. · Handling, tracking, and resolving support requests promptly through ticketing systems. · Develops, communicates, implements, and maintains network policies, standards, and procedures, including updating and maintaining the knowledge base. · Supports department staff in the analysis,solution, and documentation of network issues and problems. · Solicits feedback and provides input on department best practices and actively seeks out opportunities for improvement by following industry practices. · Continually enhances understanding of the company's IT infrastructure and network topology, contributing to improved operations and personal expertise. · Performs other duties as assigned. What you’ll need: ** Education: Associates degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent technical experience required Licenses/Certification: · CCNA, Network or other industry recognized certifications preferred. Current or previous certifications acceptable. · Azure and/or GCP certifications preferred. ** Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience as a network engineer in a health care facility, or large-scale Enterprise network environment. Experience with Aruba, Arista, Cisco Fortigate switches, Cisco routers and SDWan, Fortinet, and Meraki preferred.
