We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with extensive commercial construction experience to lead and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of commercial construction processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.

Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel to ensure efficient project execution.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry best practices.

Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings to address potential hazards and maintain a safe working environment.

Coordination and Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction team and project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project managers.

Facilitate clear and effective communication among all parties involved in the project.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including updates on project status, issues, and milestones.

Resource Management:

Manage and allocate resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and labor.

Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability and proper utilization.

Track and manage project expenses to ensure that costs remain within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
