Job Overview: SESCO is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes and enhancing our overall efficiency by implementing and supporting various software applications. Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage digital transformation projects, from ideation to go-live and operational support.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to document processes, build process maps, and identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline workflow and enhance overall business performance.
3. Evaluate and recommend digital tools, platforms, and technologies to support business objectives.
4. Build data automation workflows and contribute to integrating new digital solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Communicate and manage 3rd party technology vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
6. Create cost reduction initiatives through innovative digital solutions and process improvements.
7. Stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Industrial or Automation Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years of experience as a business analyst, applications analyst or role in I.T.
Knowledge of business process mapping and workflows
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus: M.S. Power Platform, MS SQL, SAP HANA, SAP Business One, python, nodeJS, APIs, and EDI.
Familiarity with legacy automation technologies (SCADA, HMI, PLC, etc.) and next-gen technologies such as AI/ML/RL/ DL, IOT, robotics, edge computing, computer vision, etc., is a plus.
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with various departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
