POSITION SUMMARY

What you’ll do:

· Lead small projects and improvement efforts.

· Configure & document technology per business requirements.

· Collaborate with business to test and improve technology configuration.

· Collaborate effectively across IT department functions to deliver projects and services

· Beta test new technology releases and prepare for implementation.

· Assist in creating technology training material and conducting training sessions.

· Provide (Tier 2-3) application support assistance.

What you’ll need to be successful:

· Four-year degree or applicable experience in similar field

· Minimum 2-4 years of experience

· Good knowledge of operations, fabrication, and field processes.

· Good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud

· Developing knowledge of reality capture tools and processes

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good meeting management and facilitation skills

· Good project management skills

· Good understanding of supported business technologies

· Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization

· Solid understanding of IT services

· Works under general supervision

· Make decisions within the scope of responsibility
