Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based medical care to patients
  • Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain comprehensive patient care plans

Qualifications:

  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Five or more years of nursing experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
  • Proficiency in computer-based data management programs and EMR systems
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
