Solar Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities of our Solar Sales Representative:
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing strategies, including door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, online marketing, and participation in tabling events.
- Schedule and conduct both in-home and virtual solar consultations to educate homeowners on solar energy benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer experience during all interactions.
- Maintain daily detailed records of client communications, leads, and referrals using ERPs and CRMs, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Engage in daily team meetings and training events to enhance knowledge and skills.

- Resilient and positive attitude with the ability to gracefully handle rejection.
- An innate drive to succeed and make a meaningful impact.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Technologically proficient with internet access to a computer, tablet, and smartphone.
