As the Junior Reporting Specialist you are a partner to the Sales Support, Customer Service, and Sales Teams in the generation and analysis of sales and performance reports.
MUST be proficient in Excel.
Hybrid position.
You can produce work with little direct supervision, taking calculated risks to help grow the business and deliver World Class Service. Understanding that your daily responsibilities can shift based on business and Consultant and/or Organizer needs and strategies.
You create and foster strong relationships within the Sales Support Team and other Teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The incumbent may be required to perform all, or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:

  • Generate and format regular reports to support internal department needs and other departments as needed and/or requested.
  • Create and/or maintain documentation for reporting procedures, including data sources, methodologies, and report generation schedules.
  • Optimize reporting processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and distribution.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies available to support reporting needs and proactively equip yourself to utilize tools available to you.
  • Coordinate successful texting campaigns from start to finish ensuring accuracy of content and distribution.
  • Support launch of new field facing technology systems and features, including but not limited to, learning how to use new technology, being able to support user testing and troubleshooting, supporting assist channels for Customer Service Team.
  • Support Customer Satisfaction and company-wide strategies as needed and/or requested.
  • Support Customer Service activities, including but not limited to, supporting CS Training for call center and/or monitoring social media accounts for major system outages during certain weekends.

  • Core responsibilities may shift, sometimes very quickly, as we determine the most valuable touch points with the Field.
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure all tasks and activities are performed on schedule by tracking work performed on different available platforms and documents, including but not limited to Asana, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Continuously seek personal and professional development personally and through company provided avenues, including but not limited to online courses, involvement in different task forces, collaborations across different departments and/or projects.
