Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Acquisition and Business Operations Support Specialists to join our team for a non-personal services contract. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing essential acquisition and business operations support services to our client, which may include contract writing system and Microsoft SharePoint or similar/successor platform support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Writing Support:
    • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
    • Provide expertise in contract writing systems to facilitate efficient and accurate contract documentation.
  2. Microsoft SharePoint Support:
    • Maintain and enhance Microsoft SharePoint or similar/successor platform for efficient document management and collaboration.
    • Train personnel in SharePoint usage and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  3. Compliance Assurance:
    • Ensure that all services provided adhere to relevant government regulations and guidelines.
    • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
  4. Government Interface:
    • Act as a liaison between the Contractor and the government client, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Acquisition, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in acquisition and contract writing support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint or similar/successor platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of government acquisition regulations and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
