Funding Verification Job Summary

A funding verification agent at Hyundai Capital America is in charge of examining the contract packages for loan applications. They also clear stipulations, fund loans, and communicate with dealers.

Funding Verifier Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Perform visual audits on loan applications.
  • Review contract package.
  • Identify different types of documents in loan package.
  • Cross reference loan documents with client systems.
  • Clear contract stipulations and approve funding on loans.
  • Communicate with dealership.
  • Manage work queue.
  • Demonstrate daily compliance for both client and KM2.
Loan Advisor Qualifications and Skill:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of customer service/loan verifications practices.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Work shift 8 am to 8 pm Mondays - Saturdays (Wednesdays & Saturdays rotational).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
