Job Title:- QA Analyst

Duration:- 3 - 6+ Months Contract (With possible Contract-to-Hire)

Location:- Hybrid (3days/week) in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Job Description:-

We are looking for a Senior QA analyst.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft clear and effective BDD test scenarios and cases that align with our development goals.
  • Perform thorough regression testing to identify any potential issues as a result of new functionality or features being deployed.
  • Translate user stories into detailed test cases to ensure all functional requirements are met.
  • Conduct manual tests to ensure the application's functionality aligns with user expectations and requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure a seamless development process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test cases and report any defects or issues to the development team promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and technologies to continually improve testing processes.

What You'll Need:

Required:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in QA testing roles.
  • Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Behavior Driven Development.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing web-based and e-commerce websites.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to understand complex systems and detect potential issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
