Position Overview:

In this role, you will orchestrate daily client delivery for the Information Safeguards Division. You will also provide client interface and reports to clients and senior contractor team leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare draft Preliminary Inquiries by conducting thorough reviews and suggesting essential corrections to align with the Inquiry Official's expectations.
  • Collaborate with MDA CERT and Classification Management to address and resolve reported network spillages, ensuring the systems remain secure and efficient.
  • Lead Newcomer Orientation Briefings, providing an informative introduction to organizational processes.
  • Support and guide Security Managers as a vital part of the Agency Security Manager program, helping to streamline operations and strengthen security measures.
  • Organize and facilitate Quarterly Security Manager meetings, driving strategic discussions and fostering a collaborative security community.
  • Manage the scheduling and execution of INFOSEC Reviews (IPRs) for various program areas. Prepare detailed memoranda summarizing IPR outcomes and related task response packages.
  • Maintain performance metrics and compile comprehensive monthly and annual reports on Security Incidents and IPR completions.
Required Skills:
  • AA/AS degree or higher required
  • 3+ years working on missile defense-related or other DoD program/project
  • Works to analyze and resolve problems
  • Clearance: Secret to TS with SCI eligibility
  • Ability to think critically, creating solutions to new threat challenges and issues as they arise
  • Ability to propose technical project plans and solutions that align with customer strategic goals
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office products to communicate technical and programmatic information
  • Ability to be a self-starter; work independently and with a team to meet goals
Preferred:
  • AA/AS degree or higher in security/CI field
  • Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) SPeD certification
