Job Description

The Salesforce developer will work closely with the staff, technical team members, project managers, business users, and IT staff to deliver customer management projects ranging in size from minor enhancements to complex projects.

Position Requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of progressive experience as a Developer on Systems Implementation or Business Process projects, including responsibility for scheduling and budgeting aspects.
  • Certification as Salesforce Developer HIGHLY preferred
  • Experience with ERP and CRM management
  • Experience in summarizing and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Advanced Salesforce.com configuration including:
  • Coding and integration experience with Salesforce.com API
  • Workflow and Triggers
  • Custom objects and fields
  • Approvals
  • Role hierarchies and Sharing Rules
  • Page layouts, Record types, Profiles, Reports and Dashboards
