Seeking a case manager at a personal injury firm in Coconut Grove.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing questions.
  • Manage personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
  • Prepare and organize case files and legal documents.
  • Coordinate medical appointments and obtain necessary medical records.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and file management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal in personal injury law.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Paralegal certification or degree is a plus.
Benefits
  • Weekly Pay
  • After 30days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.
  • Holiday Pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
  • Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 1200 hours.
